Refund policy

All items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If your order is evaluated and approved for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Order cancellation
You have the right to cancel your order within 24 hours, for any reason and without a justification. 

After the 24 hours, order will be processed and are ineligible for cancellation or refund. Orders placed on Friday or Saturday will be eligible for cancellation until the following Monday.
