Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days of purchase. The estimated delivery period is 2-5 business days depending on the delivery address. Orders are not processed or shipped from Saturday through Sunday, or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed a few days. If your shipment experiences a significant delay, we will contact you via email. If we have not contacted you, you can always contact us for more information on your purchase at cosmicvisionclothing@gmail.com.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Shipment confirmation and order tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Damages
CosmicVisions.co is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged or it is missing, please file a claim with your shipment carrier. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Incorrect Shipping Address and/or Refused Delivery
All orders are eligible for cancellation within 24 hours therefore we recommend that if an issue occurs with the shipping address to cancel and repurchase with the corrected address. You may also contact us via email at cosmicvisionclothing@gmail.com within the 24 hours to see if we can correct the issue for you.
We make every attempt to validate the shipping address provided at checkout to ensure it is recognized as a valid address. If we cannot validate the address, we will try to contact the customer to ensure the proper address. If we cannot reach the customer in a manner time to update the address, the order will be cancelled and refunded.
